Matthew 5 : 2-11 (ESV)
“Blessed are the poor in
spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

mourn, for they shall be comforted.

Blessed are those who hunger
and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be satisfied.
Blessed are the
merciful, for they shall receive mercy.
Blessed are the pure in
heart, for they shall see God.
Blessed are the
peacemakers, for they shall be called sons of God.
Blessed are those who
are persecuted for righteousness’ sake, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
Blessed are you when
others revile you and persecute you and utter all kinds of evil against you
falsely on my account. Rejoice and be glad, for your reward is great in heaven,
for so they persecuted the prophets who were before you.”

What am I gonna write on this last day?
I can write a caleidoscope of the year, seperti yang biasa disiarkan di TV ^^ Ato bikin top ten list of 2012. Ato babbling ttg random things baik yang positif maupun negatif yang terjadi di sepanjang 2012. Ato bikin “Year End Notes” yang very, very serious seperti thn2 sebelumnya. Ato...duduk menonton TV dan gak nulis apa2, hahaha....
*rada2 writer’s block syndrome ni, pdhl uda take a nap before facing netbook again.

1st, 2012 ~ ONE DAY OFF
Precious, precious day. Setelah lethal on-call
schemes of PS-SM-M-P (pagi-sore, sore-mlm, malam, pagi) slm 4 days in a row,
akhirnya aku dapet 1 hari libur. Tepat di awal bln Desember!
Harusnya hr ini ke Jkt, ada 2 kawinan adik
kelas. Tapi boro2 dah, besok uda jaga lagi. Ga kuaaatttt!!! Soale stl balik dr
Thailand bln kemaren, aku kyk pesakitan, digeber jaga tiap hari tnp hari libur
sama sekali (cm lepas jaga malem doang). Aku uda ga complained krn bersyukur
udah dapet 8 hari libur full untuk mission trip. Tapi yah teuteup uy, rasanya
kayak mo mati klo jaga terus >.<””””
21 more days in my twentieth years. After
this, a new chapter begins at thirty. Not my fave number hahaha.... But we
can’t stop the time. The best thing we can do with time is to live it to the
fullest. And this reality struck me while I was in Thai. The reality that my
clock is ticking, my time is running out. Dulu wkt msh belasan tahun, or even
in early 20s, I never thought of life as seriously as now. Mgkn krn msh euforia
dgn newly founded freedom, stl di ms remaja merasa “terkekang” lalu msk college
yrs yg full w/ freedom & bljr bertanggung jawab atas diri sendiri. It’s as
if I still have all the time in the world hahahaha...(padahal our time on earth
can end at any time). Di satu sisi, some choices won’t be available anymore,
but on the other side many new one will appear.
We should never take anything/anyone in this
short life for granted. Give thanks for everything to God. He is the Source of
every good & wonderful things we can still enjoy in this life.
PS : Congratz to Roy & Nita for their
weddings; & also to TA for her new work in a hospital nearby
