CASSETTES

Going through my old cassette collection. Something that I
had collected since junior high school. Sebagian mulai berjamur karena jarang diputar
lagi (eeerrrmmm...sudah berapa tahun ya tidak dipasang lagi di tape?? Wkwkwk).
Sebagian masih dalam kondisi yang prima.
Sebagian sudah pernah disortir, sebagian masih dibiarkan dalam kondisi
asli.
Kecintaan terhadap musik sudah ada sejak aku masih
kecil. Sepertinya banyak dipengaruhi
keluargaku yang mostly menyukai musik juga. They’re not much of an instrument
player, but they sang well (not professionally/super wonderful, but “well”). They
also loved hearing cassettes & music from Christian radio programme
everyday. I remember waking up in my childhood days because of classical music
played on the Christian radio programme, every...single...morning. Bahkan pada
kurun waktu tertentu, bokap sempat menggunakan volume program radio tersebut
untuk “mengganggu” our precious “morning” sleep (during holiday) untuk
membangunkan kami (haizzzz).
Almost everyone in my family loves to collect cassettes.
My grandma had her own old cassettes, then my aunt, then my dad (the real
collector). So u can imagine how many cassettes my family have in our (small
& cramped & crowded) house. And then...I came along & began to have
my own cassette collection haha =)) My brou also collected cassettes, not he’s
not an avid collector compared to dad & me.
